Parsons Brewing Company is a small family-owned brewery located in the heart of Prince Edward County.  An up-and-coming farm-like facility, Parsons Brewing Company opened in 2016 and has since made a name for itself in the region. The property features two stunning 150-year-old heritage buildings which have been repurposed as the bottle shop and taproom. There is a lovely beer garden serving authentic Mexican cuisine and more than 15 beers on tap. Local wines and cider are also available. Since its opening in 2007, Lake on the Mountain Brewing Company has grown in popularity and expanded its production facility. The property features a charming taproom and two onsite restaurants, one of which is also a hotel.  A lovely beer garden is located adjacent to the pond at the rear of the property where visitors can enjoy their natural surroundings. Prior to 2016, their beers were only sold at The Inn at Lake on the Mountain as well as The Miller House, which has one of the most breathtaking views in the County from 200 m above Prince Edward Bay.
